Dear heart, let’s be real…you need to decree the Word of God when praying for finances if you want a financial breakthrough.

You may not fully believe this right now, but God wants you to prosper in every area of your life, including your finances. Every promise of financial provision in the Bible is meant for YOU, God’s beloved.

“Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers.”

Day 25: Decree the Word of God

Job 22:28

“Thou shall decree a thing and it shall be established for you; so light will shine on your ways.”

Heavenly Father,

The Bible tells me that when I declare Your promises over my finances, I release the power of Your Word by faith. Father, by faith, I decree Your Word over my life and finances. When I do that, it does not return to You void, but it shall accomplish what You please, and it shall prosper in the thing for which You sent it (Isaiah 55:11).

I decree that I have perfect wisdom and knowledge of every circumstance and situation in my finances. For the Spirit of Truth dwells in me, and I have the mind of Christ (John 16:13, 1 Corinthians 2:16). My mind is renewed by Your Word, and I take my thoughts captive, forbidding all thoughts of failure and defeat to inhabit my mind (Ephesians 4:23).

The Spirit of Truth abides in me and teaches me all things, and He guides me into all truths. Therefore, I confess I have perfect knowledge in every financial circumstance in my life, for I have the wisdom of God (John 16:13; James 1:5).

Finally, I declare I am blessed in the city, blessed in the field, blessed coming in, and blessed going out. I am blessed in the basket and blessed in the store. My bank accounts and finances flourish, as do my investments. The blessings of the Lord overtake me in all areas of my life (Deuteronomy 28:1-14).
