I’m Patti—Christian life coach, writer, and gentle guide for women who are ready to heal from the inside out. I’m also a trauma-informed coach with a background in holistic health and (in a former season) financial coaching and retirement planning. As an creative, you’ll usually find me at home sipping tea, journaling, writing books, and creating beautiful products for women who want to live a blissful, peaceful, meaningful life with God.

These days, my heart is especially drawn to emotional healing—tending to the places that still ache, breaking free from old shame patterns, and learning how to receive God’s love more deeply. If you’re longing for comfort, clarity, and a softer way forward, you’re in the right place.

Over twenty years ago, God introduced me to the life-changing power of inner healing, deliverance, and soul restoration work. That began a journey that has shaped not only my faith, but my calling. Along the way, I pursued training in healing ministry, integrative nutrition, and coaching—because I’ve seen how deeply connected our spiritual life, emotional life, and physical wellbeing truly are.

What all my training taught me…

Healing is never just one thing. Our habits, our relationships, our stress patterns, our self-talk—so much of it is connected. What’s happening on the outside is often a reflection of what’s happening on the inside. And when we bring those hidden places into the light with God, everything can begin to change.

True transformation comes from doing the gentle inner work of self-discovery and staying rooted in Jesus—our Savior, our Comforter, and our Healer. Hallelujah.
