Do this first to reach your money goals

Women come to me with a desire to overcome their money issues. Whether it be to increase their income, get out of debt, or get serious about saving more so they can make retirement a reality.

Studies indicate that 83% of women would like to get more involved in their finances in the next year.

More than anything, what we women really want is to create financial abundance and security, so we can take care of ourselves and our loved ones.

To that end, one of the first steps I do with clients is to have them clearly define their Big Money Why. From the place of a clearly defined Big Money Why, we then set money goals.

However, anytime you set new goals, challenges pop up. The biggest obstacle for most women entrepreneurs today is finding the time to implement new habits such as installing a new money mindset when running a business already takes so much time and energy.

Have you ever noticed that no matter how busy we are, we always seem to find the time to do the things that really matter to us? So, to find the time to do the things necessary to reach your money goals, try motivating yourself by connecting to a bigger vision for your financial success.

I’m not talking about an altruistic purpose here. I’m referring to the more intimate, personal, sometimes private meaning of what it would mean for you to have financial independence?

Go deep within yourself, search your heart, and ask,

“What do I really want this money for?”

“What’s the real purpose for me reaching my money goals?”

“What’s my true heart’s desire for financial success?”

“What will having this money mean for me?”

“How will having this money change my life?”

“What’s your true heart’s desire for financial success?”

That’s what I call your Big Money Why.

When you have a big enough WHY, you’ll make your goals and dreams a priority. You’ll do the work of installing a new money mindset and creating new habits. You’ll find yourself stepping into a higher version of yourself.

If you truly want to reach your money goals this year, make a connection between your Big Money Why and creating the habits you’ll need to implement in order to make them a reality.
